WHAT WE FEED AND OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

Columbia River Natural Raw Meat

This meat is what I have been feeding my dogs exclusively for the past year. It is the best quality, best variety and best price of any raw dog food I have tried over the years. It is available in 2lbs chubs of duck, chicken, chicken w/ organ meat, turkey, beef blend, guinea hen, rabbit, venison and lamb. They also sell in season grated frozen veggies and organ meat.

If you are interested in ordering some of the Columbia River meat at wholesale price, please contact me for more information.

The following books influenced me to pursue the path I am currently on:

  • Dr. Earl Mindell’s Nutrition and Health for Dogs by Dr. Earl Mindell
  • The Whole Dog Journal Magazine
  • Raw Dog Food – Make It Easy For You and Your Dog by Carina Beth MacDonald
  • Natural Nutrition for Dogs and Cats by Kymythy Schultze

Loaded with wild-caught fish (70%), ORIJEN 6 FISH features 6 unique fish species that are delivered to our door FRESH (never-frozen) each day, including Chinook & Coho salmon, pacific flounder & herring from North Vancouver Island, plus northern walleye, lake whitefish & lake trout from our cold freshwater rivers and lakes.

The 30lb bag runs about $66 and we buy our food from PetUtopia or Holistic Pet Center.

We recommend kibble rotations. Here are some of the kibbles we recommend and feed:
